Step 1. Cleanse
Korisol · Niacin Sun Glitter Foam Cleanser · 150ml

A low-foam cleanser built around niacinamide, gentle PHA and AHA polishing acids, and a botanical complex of centella, apple, and chestnut shell. Evens tone gradually with each wash and clears the day without stripping. Fragrance is light. Gentle enough for daily use on sensitized, shifting skin.

Step 2. Tone
Dr.RELIEF · DAC2 Zero-Pore Hyaluronic Acid Toner · 200ml

The most complete barrier toner in the Dr.RELIEF line. A full centella complex with ceramide NP and panthenol, over trehalose and three weights of hyaluronic acid. It does the work of a serum in the position of a toner. Fragrance-free, alcohol-free, no acids, which matters on skin that has started reacting to things it used to tolerate. Press two to three layers into damp skin with your palms. Do not swipe with a cotton pad.

Before you use it: this formula is built on witch hazel water, which is calming for most skin but a known trigger for a small number of people. Patch test on your inner arm for two days before using it on your face.

Step 3. Firm
Healara · Core Lift Firming Ampoule · 30ml

The most active step in the routine. A concentrated peptide and adenosine ampoule targeting the visible changes hormonal shifts bring: softening definition, reduced density, loss of bounce along the jawline and under the eyes. Niacinamide works alongside for a more even, luminous-looking tone. Apply to damp skin straight after toning for the firmest, smoothest-looking result.

Allergen note: the Core Lift Firming Ampoule contains lupin seed extract, a rye flour ferment and two soy ferments. Lupin can cross-react with peanut. If you have a peanut, soy, lupin or gluten allergy, read the full ingredient list below before use.

Step 4. Nourish
Healara · Core Revive Activating Cream · 50ml

A rich, fragrance-free cream on a six-ceramide barrier system with cholesterol and phytosphingosine, an extensive peptide complex, cultivated fucoxanthin, glutathione, ascorbic and ferulic acid, and a free amino acid blend.
